Job Title: Production Assembler

Location: Jacksonville, FL
Pay Rate: $17-$19 DOE
Shift: Monday – Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM

Minimum Qualifications:

• Previous Production Assembler or manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to lift 25–50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment

Job Summary:

We are seeking motivated individuals for a Production Assembler role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The Production Assembler will be responsible for assembling products, inspecting completed work, maintaining quality standards, and supporting daily production goals.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble products according to specifications, work instructions, and quality standards
• Inspect finished products to ensure accuracy and proper quality requirements are met
• Operate basic tools and equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing guidelines
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
