Claims Processor / Customer Service Representative
  $22.50/hr | Temporary – Indefinite Assignment Possible T-H
  78238 | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Process and adjudicate healthcare claims accurately and timely.
• Answer incoming calls from providers and assist with claim inquiries and issue resolution.
• Perform data entry, log disputes, process mail, and support administrative functions.
• Maintain accurate documentation and provide excellent customer service.
• Assist with additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of call center experience preferred.
• 6 months of claims adjudication experience preferred.
• Healthcare claims experience is a plus.
• Strong data entry skills (50+ WPM), attention to detail, and Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
