General Manager - McDonald's Franchise

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead a high-volume Quick-Service Restaurant (QSR) in the Lake City, FL market. This role is responsible for overseeing all restaurant operations, driving sales and profitability, developing high-performing teams, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with experience managing high-volume QSR operations and a proven ability to lead teams, improve financial performance, and maintain operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead all daily restaurant operations with full P&L accountability.
• Drive sales, profitability, labor efficiency, and food cost performance.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop restaurant managers and hourly team members.
• Ensure exceptional guest service, food quality, cleanliness, and operational standards.
• Manage scheduling, inventory, purchasing, and controllable expenses.
• Analyze financial and operational performance to improve business results.
• Maintain compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company policies.
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of General Manager experience in a high-volume Quick-Service Restaurant.
• Experience managing restaurants with $3M+ annual sales preferred.
• HU (Hamburger University) Certification preferred.
• Strong P&L management, labor scheduling, food cost, and inventory control experience.
• Proven success developing restaurant management teams.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Stable work history with demonstrated career progression.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
