About the Role:
It's All About Kids Inc in Framingham, MA is looking for a passionate and dedicated Certified Toddler Teacher to join their team! This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of young children during their most formative years. Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities for toddler-aged children
- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment
- Monitor and support the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of each child
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding child progress and daily activities
- Maintain accurate developmental records and documentation for each student
- Ensure classroom safety and adherence to licensing and health regulations
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to support program goals
Requirements:
- Early Childhood Education (ECE) certification or equivalent required
- Previous experience working with toddlers in a licensed childcare or preschool setting
- Strong understanding of toddler developmental milestones and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with children and families
- Ability to maintain a patient, warm, and positive classroom environment
- Must meet Massachusetts EEC licensing requirements
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred
