Material Handler Forklift Operator

Labor Solutions is seeking a dependable, safety-focused Material Handler to join our warehouse team. You will play a critical role in our supply chain by safely operating a forklift to load/unload shipments, transport raw materials, and manage inventory. This position requires flexibility to work a rotating 12-hour day/night schedule.

Pay Rate: $23.00 - $24.00 per hour
Shift Schedule:

• Rotating Schedule: 12-hour shifts
• Hours: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Day) or 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Night)

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a forklift and other material handling equipment efficiently and safely.
• Load, unload, stage, and organize materials and products.
• Work a rotating 12-hour shift (7AM–7PM or 7PM–7AM) as scheduled.
• Pull and prepare orders for accurate shipment and delivery.
• Conduct pre-shift forklift safety inspections and report any maintenance issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace.
• Accurately document inventory counts using our tracking system.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years of verifiable forklift operating experience.
• Flexibility to work rotating 12-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift/move up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret shipping documents.
