Maintenance Technician needed for The Greens at Cannondale.
Immediate opening for a Full-Time, Benefitted position.

Educational Requirements and Experience:
Previous experience preferred but not required.
High school diploma preferred but not required.
Job Requirements
The position requires a reliable, caring and fun individual who enjoys working with the elderly, and possesses a positive attitude. Greens at Cannondale Maintenance Assistant will work Sunday to Thursday and must work well independently and as part of a team and be comfortable multi tasking. The following are essential duties and responsibilities:
● Perform light maintenance work/ repairs per the work order book or upon reception request. Advanced maintenance functions are completed by our day shift associate while this position involves primarily (but is not limited to):
- thermostat adjustments
- picture hanging
- leak and plumbing troubleshooting
- remote control programming
- moving furniture
-Carpet cleaning
-Dishwashing
-Kitchen Utility
● Assist in maintaining a safe, clean and comfortable environment for the residents,
guests and team members
● Attend all in-services as required.
● Practice all safety and loss prevention procedures.
● Follow all policies and procedures relating to Support Services
● Report all incidents to management
