Commercial lines CSR

The Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR) plays a key role within a small team, reporting directly to the Operations Manager. This position focuses on delivering exceptional customer support, handling policy processing, preparing quotes, and maintaining clear communication with clients. The role requires proficiency with specialized insurance software and offers opportunities for professional growth through training and advancement within the company.

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive customer support for commercial insurance clients
• Process and maintain insurance policies accurately and timely
• Prepare insurance quotes tailored to client needs
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding policy and billing inquiries
• Support billing operations and resolve related issues

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in insurance customer service
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Possession of a Property & Casualty (P&C) license
• Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and processes
