Controller

The Controller plays a critical role in managing the financial health of the organization by overseeing financial reporting, budget management, and internal controls. Reporting directly to the CFO, the Controller leads a small team of 1-3 members and ensures timely and accurate financial information is delivered through monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cycles. This position supports strategic planning and audit coordination while maintaining effective cash flow management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and oversee financial reporting on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
• Manage budgeting processes and monitor financial performance against budgets
• Establish and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets
• Coordinate external and internal audit activities
• Manage cash flow and liquidity to meet operational needs
• Lead and develop a small finance team (1-3 members)
• Perform financial analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning
• Collaborate with senior leadership on financial strategy and forecasts

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification

Preferred Qualifications

• 7+ years experience in financial controlling
• Expertise in Financial Reporting, Budgeting, and Internal Controls
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and Financial Analysis
• Experience with ERP systems
• Demonstrated leadership and effective communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
