General Labor ALL SHIFTS

The general laborer is responsible for ensuring product quality by performing inspections both on the production line (online) and in designated inspection areas (offline). This role involves the use of various measuring tools and gages, as well as operating machinery as needed to support production and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform in-process (online) and final (offline) inspections of parts and products to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards
• Utilize measuring instruments and gages (e.g., calipers, micrometers, height gages, dial indicators) to verify dimensions and tolerances
• Identify, document, and report any defects or non-conforming materials
• Operate machinery and equipment as needed to support inspection and production processes
• Follow work instructions, blueprints, and quality control procedures
• Maintain accurate inspection records and documentation
• Communicate quality issues to supervisors and production teams in a timely manner
• Ensure a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in manufacturing, quality inspection, or a related field preferred
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Experience using measuring tools and inspection gages
• Basic machine operation experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
