Let’s be entirely transparent. This is a dynamic, high-variety role. It is NOT a job where you sit in a truck cab all day.

This is the perfect fit for you if:

• CDL Pride: You have a CDL (Class A or B) and want to apply those professional safety standards to a local, home-daily role. (While we drive Class 6 trucks that technically do not require a CDL, we highly value and prioritize CDL holders for our fleet!)

• Task Variety: You want a consistent 5-day-a-week schedule where your time is split: about 30% driving local routes, 30% operating a forklift, and 30% washing, detailing, or maintaining containers to keep our fleet looking sharp.

• Mechanically Inclined: You enjoy working with your hands (doing light truck maintenance like oil changes, checking fluids, or repairing container parts).

• No Ego: You have zero problem grabbing a power-washer to make our containers shine. You take pride in delivering a flawless product to our customers.

What We Do (And What You'll Deliver)

Operating from our northwest Houston yard, we provide high-quality mobile storage solutions to a mix of residential and commercial customers:

1. On-Site Storage: Delivering secure, weather-tight containers directly to homes or jobsites.

2. Site-to-Site Storage: Moving loaded containers from one location to another.

3. Warehouse Storage: Safely storing containers at our secure facility and returning them later.

The 30/30/30/10 Split: Your Daily Variety

No two days are exactly the same, and your time will fly by:

• 30% Precision Delivery (Driving): Operating Class 6 medium-duty trucks (like a Hino 268 or Kenworth T270) to deliver and pick up storage containers across the Houston area.

• 30% Yard Operations (Forklift): Moving, stacking, and organizing containers safely in our warehouse and yard (we will train you!).

• 30% Container Care & Detailing: Power-washing, detailing, maintaining, or assembling containers so they are spotless and structurally perfect for our customers. Must be 100% willing to do physical outdoor labor.

• 10% Fleet Maintenance & Team Support: Keeping our trucks in top shape (fluid checks, oil changes, chassis lubes) and assisting with basic office or warehouse tasks.

Requirements & Skills (The Must-Haves)

To protect our team, our customers, and our business, our insurance and safety standards are firm:

• Licensing & Experience: CDL-A or B is highly preferred. Must have a valid Texas Driver’s License and a clean driving record with at least 8 years of driving experience (driving anything). Our insurance agent will verify your record before employment.

• Large Vehicle Experience: At least 2 years of experience driving large vehicles (box trucks, on-the-road farm equipment, moving trucks, etc.).

• Age Requirement: Must be at least 25 years old (due to insurance guidelines).

• Clean & Safe: Ability to pass a drug screen and a background check. Because we operate heavy equipment, safety is our absolute priority.

• Mechanically Inclined: Able to perform basic vehicle maintenance after being shown how (checking and changing oil/fluids).

• Physical Capabilities: Able to lift up to 50 lbs waist-high, climb a ladder, and safely climb in and out of large trucks.

• Tech-Savvy: Must own a smartphone and be comfortable using basic apps for timecards and delivery coordination (we will help you install them!).

• Professional Presentation: Punctual, reliable, fluent in spoken and written English, and clean-cut. We provide company shirts! (Note: If you have tattoo sleeves, they must be covered with a long-sleeve shirt during customer interactions).
