Picker Packer

• Assemble products and kits according to work orders and procedures
• Read and follow written instructions, drawings, and bills of materials
• Perform basic quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Package finished products for shipment following customer requirements
• Use hand tools, scanners, and basic assembly equipment as required
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Meet daily productivity and quality goals
• Follow all safety policies and standard operating procedures
• Communicate issues or defects to supervisors promptly

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Prior assembly, warehouse, or manufacturing experience a plus
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 35–50 lbs as required
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic math and reading skills
• Reliable attendance and punctuality

• Warehouse / light manufacturing setting
• Climate-controlled or non-climate-controlled (as applicable)
• May require standing for extended periods
