What You’ll Do

• Perform acute hemodialysis treatments for hospitalized patients, including ICU and medical-surgical populations
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments before, during, and after treatments
• Monitor treatment response, vascular access, and patient stability
• Collaborate with nephrologists, hospitalists, and interdisciplinary teams
• Document all treatments and patient care activities accurately in electronic medical records
• Adhere to infection prevention standards and dialysis best practices
• Foster a compassionate, patient-centered care environment

What You Need

• Current RN license in Tennessee or a Compact State
• At least 2 years of recent acute dialysis experience
• ICU dialysis experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Proficiency with dialysis vascular access and Tablo Hemodialysis System
• Ability to work independently and exercise critical thinking
• Strong communication and assessment skills

Preferred: Experience in acute care beyond dialysis
