What You’ll Do

• Perform acute hemodialysis treatments for hospitalized patients, including ICU and medical-surgical populations
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments before, during, and after dialysis treatments
• Monitor treatment response, vascular access, and patient stability throughout procedures
• Collaborate with nephrologists, hospitalists, intensivists, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Document all treatments and patient care activities accurately in electronic medical records
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, infection prevention standards, and dialysis best practices
• Foster a compassionate, team-oriented environment while delivering patient-centered care

What You Need

Required:

• Current RN license in Tennessee or a Compact State
• Minimum of 2 years recent acute dialysis experience
• ICU dialysis experience required
• BLS and ACLS certifications (ARC or AHA only)
• Proficiency with all dialysis vascular access types
• Competency with Tablo Hemodialysis System required
• Ability to work independently and manage patient care autonomously
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and assessment skills
