Forklift Operator (Shipping/Receiving)

Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am-6pm, 1/2 day Saturdays

A local tile manufacturing company is seeking a dependable and safety-focused forklift operator to support daily production and material handling operations in their shipping department. 

Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift safely and efficiently in a manufacturing environment
• Load, unload, move, and stage raw materials and finished products
• Supply production lines with required materials in a timely manner
• Inspect forklift equipment and report any safety or maintenance concerns
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist with other warehouse or production duties as assigned

Requirements

• Prior forklift experience preferred
• Strong commitment to safety and attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. independently
• Strong attendance and reliable transportation
• Steel toe shoes required
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
