Bilingual Recruiter

Premier Trade Services, the nation’s premier source for electrical staffing, is expanding and looking for a dedicated Recruiter to join our Richmond office.

Your Role as a Recruiter: As a Recruiter at Premier, you’ll play a key role in building our workforce. Your day-to-day will involve:

• Writing and placing job ads as a Recruiter
• Making phone calls to prospective candidates
• Screening candidates during the recruitment process
• Scheduling and conducting interviews (both phone and in-person)
• Managing employment paperwork, skills assessments, and conduit bending testing
• Running background checks, E-Verify, and drug tests
• Maintaining organized employee and candidate records as a Recruiter
• Collaborating with branches across the company to fill open positions

What You Bring:

• The ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment as a Recruiter
• Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Comfort making phone calls and speaking with candidates
• Self-motivation and a proactive attitude
• Bonus points if you have recruiting experience or electrical knowledge!
