Forklift Operator (Raymond Cherry Picker / Narrow Aisle) - 16835573

We are hiring experienced Raymond Cherry Picker (Narrow Aisle/High Bay) Forklift Operators for a fast-paced distribution warehouse in Fort Worth, TX 76131. This role combines forklift operation with general warehouse duties. Candidates must be comfortable working at elevated heights and committed to maintaining a safe work environment.

Pay Rate: $19.00/hour

• $1.00/hour raise after successfully completing 90 days

Schedule: Friday – Sunday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Responsibilities

• Operate Raymond Cherry Picker/Narrow Aisle forklifts to pick, move, and stage products.
• Retrieve inventory from high-bay racking while working at elevated heights.
• Load, unload, and transport materials throughout the warehouse.
• Build and stack pallets as needed.
• Assist with picking, packing, and other warehouse duties when not operating equipment.
• Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory.
• Perform equipment inspections and report safety concerns.
• Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse policies.

Requirements

• Previous experience operating a Raymond Cherry Picker/Narrow Aisle Forklift is required.
• Comfortable working at elevated heights while wearing required fall protection.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform repetitive warehouse tasks.
• Experience using RF scanners is preferred.
• Strong attention to safety and detail.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Must pass forklift evaluation and safety training.
