Description

Registered Nurse to join a Critical Access Hospital as a Med Surg Swing RN. The RN will provide comprehensive patient care in a Medical-Surgical setting while demonstrating flexibility to support multiple patient care needs. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Emergency Department experience is preferred but not required.

Requirements

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) License
• Minimum 2 years of recent Med Surg experience
• Current AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, and AHA PALS certifications
• TNCC preferred
• Emergency Department experience preferred but not required
• Experience with Epic EMR preferred
• Driver's License required at the time of submission
• Must reside outside the 50-mile radius requirement
• Artificial nails are not permitted while providing patient care
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and patient care skills
