Job Description
We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Shipping & Receiving Associate to support daily warehouse operations. This role is responsible for loading and unloading materials, preparing shipments, receiving incoming inventory, and ensuring accurate documentation of all products moving in and out of the facility.
Responsibilities- Operate sit-down forklifts and Combi-Lifts to safely transport materials throughout the warehouse and production areas.
- Load and unload trucks while ensuring products are handled properly and securely.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and complete required documentation.
- Organize and stage materials for production, shipping, and customer orders.
- Assist with inventory management, stock movement, and warehouse organization.
- Build and assemble wooden skids and pallets for shipment preparation.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment while following all company safety procedures.
- Previous experience operating sit-down forklifts required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Experience in shipping, receiving, material handling, or warehouse operations preferred.
- Experience with Combi-Lifts or multi-directional forklifts preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- General knowledge of piping materials, mechanical components, and basic hand/power tools.
- Physical stamina — ability to stand for long periods, bend, stretch, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound, data-based decisions.
- High attention to detail and the ability to assemble systems to precise measurements and tolerances.
- Familiarity with flow shop procedures and SOPs (preferred).

Work EnvironmentWork hours are Monday to Friday, from 6am to 2:30pm, with the potential to work until 4:15pm if necessary.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
