Qualifications & Experience:
- Dual certification as a Special Education Teacher and Elementary Teacher is required
- Experience working with early childhood or elementary-aged students preferred
- Solid knowledge of IEP development and implementation
- Skilled in differentiated instruction strategies
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage an elementary caseload of early childhood students with diverse learning needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans tailored for each student
- Work closely with classroom teachers, support staff, and families
- Track student progress and adjust learning approaches as needed
