Schedule

Night Shift

• 12-Hour Nights
• 36 Hours Guaranteed Weekly
• Every Other Weekend
• No On-Call

Key Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care across ER, Med Surg, and PCU units.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and reassessments.
• Administer medications safely following nursing protocols.
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond using ACLS protocols.
• Coordinate patient admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and deliver high-quality patient care.

Requirements

• Active New Hampshire RN License or Compact RN License (Required)
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience (Required)
• Experience in ER, Med Surg, and PCU (Required)
• Willingness to float between departments (Required)
• BLS (AHA) Certification (Required)
• ACLS (AHA) Certification (Required)
• PALS or ENPC within 6 months of hire
• COVID Vaccination (Required)
• Rural or small hospital experience (Highly Preferred)
