Job Summary

Express Employment is seeking reliable and safety-focused Seasonal Harvest Truck Drivers to assist with wheat harvest operations. This position will involve hauling wheat and straw bales within a local area while supporting daily farm operations during the busy harvest season. Schedule

• Approximately 10:00 AM – 9:00/10:00 PM
• Hours may vary depending on harvest conditions, weather, and operational needs

Job Responsibilities

• Safely operate trucks to haul wheat during harvest season
• Drive within approximately a 20-mile radius of the farm
• Assist with hauling straw bales as needed
• Complete daily truck operations while following all farm safety procedures
• Perform routine checks and ensure safe operation of equipment
• Maintain a reliable and dependable attendance schedule throughout the harvest season

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required
• CDL is not required
• Previous driving experience required
• Ability to safely get in and out of trucks throughout the workday
• Must be dependable and willing to work extended hours during harvest
• Farm or agricultural experience preferred but not required
• Reliable transportation to and from Mekinock, ND required

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit, drive, and operate trucks for extended periods
• Ability to climb in and out of trucks frequently
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
