Are you passionate about helping customers and delivering an outstanding service experience? We're seeking motivated Customer Service Representatives to join a dynamic, fast-paced contact center team. What You'll DoAs a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for customers and business partners, providing exceptional support through phone, chat, and email channels.
Responsibilities:- Answer inbound customer calls and provide accurate account and product information
- Assist customers with program inquiries and service-related questions
- Handle approximately 50+ customer interactions daily
- Conduct outbound follow-up and re-engagement calls to existing customers
- Transfer interested customers to the appropriate internal teams when needed
- Respond to customer inquiries through chat and email platforms
- Accurately document all customer interactions
- Complete customer request forms and update account information
- Navigate multiple systems while maintaining accuracy and efficiency
- Meet quality, productivity, and service level expectations
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent computer and data entry skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable handling both inbound and outbound customer interactions
- Previous call center experience
- Administrative experience, including chat or email correspondence
- Financial services or banking experience
- Excel proficiency
- Bilingual skills are a plus

- Attendance during training is mandatory
Additional hours may be available during peak season, including:

Peak season runs from January through March, with significant overtime opportunities available for team members seeking additional earnings.
