Responsibilities
- Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on all assigned industrial equipment to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical issues on production and packaging equipment, identifying root causes and implementing effective repairs.

Why Work Here?
You join a stable organization that offers strong benefits and long-term growth potential, including participation in an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). The company emphasizes reliability, continuous improvement, and teamwork, providing opportunities to build your technical skills in a modern, large-scale production environment. You benefit from working in a structured, process-driven operation where safety, quality, and employee development are key priorities.
Work Environment
The role is based in a large health and personal care manufacturing and distribution operation encompassing nearly a million square feet of production and distribution space. The plant operates around the clock five days a week, with products distributed nationwide seven days a week, so schedules may involve working in a continuous, high-throughput environment. This is a liquid filling facility, and many production lines focus on filling and packaging liquid products, making prior experience in liquid filling or packaging particularly valuable. Experience in food and beverage or other FDA-regulated industries is beneficial due to the facility’s regulatory requirements and adherence to GMP standards. The environment includes strong product-related odors that vary by department and may include scents such as mouthwash, lotions, and alcohol-based products. Team members work around industrial equipment, conveyors, and packaging machinery and are expected to follow all safety and GMP guidelines, including appropriate attire and personal protective equipment as required for a regulated manufacturing setting
