Únase a nuestro equipo como Asociado de Almacén, donde tendrá la oportunidad de trabajar en varias áreas, incluyendo Recepción/Descarga, Escaneo y Empaque/Envío. Este puesto requiere gran atención al detalle y la capacidad de cumplir con los estándares de seguridad y las políticas de la empresa.

Responsabilidades

• Descargar remolques utilizando transpaletas manuales (pallet jacks) o carros.
• Clasificar equipos entrantes como módems, routers y cajas de cable.
• Escanear códigos de barras utilizando escáneres RF portátiles y garantizar el registro preciso de los números de serie de los productos.
• Empacar productos inspeccionados en cajas y etiquetar los paquetes para envíos salientes.
• Seguir instrucciones de trabajo y cumplir con los objetivos de producción.
• Mantener la limpieza y organización de su estación de trabajo.
• Cumplir con los estándares de seguridad y las políticas de la empresa.

Habilidades Esenciales

No son obligatorias, pero se consideran una ventaja:

• Dominio en el uso de escáneres RF y computadoras.
• Conocimiento de control de inventarios y manejo de materiales.
• Experiencia en inventarios de almacén y conteos cíclicos.

Habilidades Adicionales y Requisitos

• Experiencia básica en el uso de computadoras o escáneres.
• Ganas de aprender cosas nuevas y asistir al trabajo diariamente.

Ambiente de Trabajo

Trabaje en un entorno climatizado, limpio y organizado. El puesto requiere permanecer de pie durante toda la jornada laboral; no hay posiciones sedentarias disponibles. La empresa aplica una estricta "Política Sin Beeps", por lo que los empleados deben evitar usar artículos que activen los detectores de metales. Tenga en cuenta que no se permite el uso de teléfonos celulares durante las horas de trabajo.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Charlestown, IN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.36 - $18.81/hr.
