Hiring - Automation & Maintenance Technician – Day Shift (Mon–Fri)

Schedule & Environment:

• 1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
• Industrial setting with exposure to automation systems, robotics, PLCs, HMIs, pneumatics, and hydraulics
• Blend of hands‑on floor work and documentation within IQMS
• ISO‑driven, safety‑focused culture with required PPE and strict procedural adherence

Job Description:

• Develop automated solutions that enhance control, reduce manual labor, and elevate quality
• Standardize automation and vision systems using approved vendors and consistent engineering practices
• Build and maintain IQMS documentation—operating instructions, safety procedures, system updates
• Partner with scheduling to plan projects that minimize downtime and maximize efficiency
• Source parts, coordinate contractors, and manage vendor activities
• Own work orders from start to finish within IQMS
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and automated equipment across the facility
• Support and maintain PLCs, robotics, HMIs, pneumatics, and hydraulics
• Perform preventive maintenance to extend equipment life and reduce unplanned outages
• Follow ISO procedures and uphold all safety standards

Skills/Qualifications:

• Automation or industrial maintenance experience (2+ years)
• Hands on experience designing, assembling, or implementing automated systems
• Strong troubleshooting abilities across mechanical, electrical, and automated equipment
• Experience with PLC programming and controls fundamentals
• Familiarity with robot programming in a production environment
• Ability to work with HMIs and related control hardware
• Knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics
• Experience performing repairs and preventive maintenance
• Ability to interpret technical documentation, safety procedures, and operating instructions
• Commitment to ISO standards and safe work practices

This is a Contract position based out of Denver, CO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.
