Qualifications:
Must have associates degree in accounting, finance, economics, or any other related field of study
4+ years of experience in full cycle accounts payable
Must have prior experience in real estate or property management industry within AP
Experience with Yardi or other related ERP experience
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Sr. Accounts Payable Accountant who will ensure the efficient processing of payables and contribute to the financial health of our organization. Responsibilities
- Monitor the accounts payable inbox for invoices, statements, and vendor communications.
- Reconcile past due invoices and resolve any discrepancies.
- Audit and review pre-coded batches for accuracy.
- Enter payables for workflow approval and process invoices via Payscan.
- Ensure timely processing of monthly recurring payments and mortgage payables.
- Handle intercompany allocations and expense reimbursements.
- Set up new vendors, ensure insurance compliance, and collect W-9s and contractor licenses.
- Generate weekly reports, including Aging, Funding, and Expired Insurance.
- Create and maintain construction preliminary sheets.
- Input and reconcile construction contracts and change orders.
This is a Permanent position based out of Beverly Hills, CA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $59987.00 - $84988.00/yr.
