Asociado de Producción / General Labor (GL) – 1er Turno

📍 Horario: Lunes a Viernes, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Descripción del Puesto:

Estamos buscando personas confiables y trabajadoras para unirse a nuestro equipo como General Labor (GL). Esta posición requiere apoyar las operaciones diarias de producción y almacén en un entorno dinámico y de ritmo rápido.

Responsabilidades:

• Cargar, descargar y mover materiales dentro de la planta o almacén.
• Empacar, etiquetar y preparar productos para envío.
• Mantener las áreas de trabajo limpias, organizadas y seguras.
• Seguir instrucciones de supervisores y procedimientos de seguridad.
• Realizar tareas generales de producción y apoyo operativo según sea necesario.
• Inspeccionar materiales y productos para asegurar la calidad.

Requisitos:

• Capacidad para levantar hasta 70 libras de manera repetitiva.
• Capacidad para permanecer de pie durante largos períodos de tiempo.
• Capacidad para agacharse, doblarse, estirarse, caminar y realizar movimientos repetitivos durante todo el turno.
• Experiencia previa en producción, manufactura o almacén es preferida, pero no requerida.
• Puntualidad, buena actitud y disposición para trabajar en equipo.
• Capacidad para trabajar en un ambiente de ritmo rápido.

Condiciones de Trabajo:

• Ambiente de almacén o manufactura.
• Trabajo físico continuo durante el turno.
• Puede requerir horas extras según las necesidades de producción.

This is a Contract position based out of Opa Locka, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
