Job Title: Accounts Payable Specialist

Location: Cranford, NJ

A leading management organization is looking for an accounts payable specialist to join their team and support their CFO! The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of invoicing experience, strong Excel knowledge and great communication skills.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle all payments to vendor
• Expense reports
• Apply credit cards payments
• Validate all product documents are received in properly
• Match invoices to ensure accuracy
• Download and scan in physical invoices
• Administrative and support duties for the CFO
• AR responsibilities

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of invoicing experience
• Strong MS Excel knowledge
• Great communication skills

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cranford, NJ.

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
