Now Hiring: General Labor – Parts Cleaner (1st & 2nd Shift)
Location: Strafford, MO
Pay Rates:
- 1st Shift: $18.00/hr | 6:00 AM–2:00 PM, Monday–Friday (OT as needed)
- 2nd Shift: $19.00/hr | 2:00 PM–10:00 PM, Monday–Friday (OT as needed)

Key Responsibilities:
- Clean, inspect, and sort parts from disassembly using chemicals, detergents, and specialized equipment
- Operate spin blasters, tumblers, zinc blasters, and media blast cabinets
- Use motorized lifting equipment to move parts through the cleaning process
- Complete all necessary paperwork and SAP/AMES system transactions
- Identify, tag, and sort parts for warehouse storage or production lines
- Collaborate with Team Leaders and the Quality department to resolve issues
- Maintain high standards of quality and safety at all times
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for the entirety of the shift (100%)
- Capability to bend, lift (up to 35 lbs), and perform repetitive tasks
- Exposure to dust and cleaning chemicals; respirator fit required prior to employment
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Willingness and ability to complete precision measurement, HazMat, and forklift training (provided onsite)
- Basic computer skills
- Experience with grinders, drills, and basic measuring tools is a plus
- Metatarsal protective footwear required (all other PPE provided)
