Assembler / Production Associate – $22+/hr + Growth

Looking for a hands-on job where you can stay active, work with tools, and build quality products? We're hiring Assemblers / Production Associates for a manufacturing environment with great pay, benefits, and long-term growth opportunities.

What You'll Be Doing

• Assemble products from start to finish
• Read production lists and follow work instructions
• Use hand and power tools such as drills, screw guns, nail guns, and saws
• Measure materials using a tape measure
• Inspect products throughout the process to ensure quality
• Identify materials and report any shortages or issues
• Keep your work area clean and organized

What We're Looking For

• Assembly, production, construction, or general labor experience
• Experience using hand and power tools
• Ability to read a tape measure
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Experience That's a Plus

• Mechanical assembly experience
• Construction experience
• Blueprint reading experience
• Manufacturing experience
• Experience with drills, nail guns, saws, or other shop tools

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.20 - $22.20/hr.
