Wake up anywhere between 6:30-7:30 Eat breakfast about a half hour after waking up. Have a bottle and play. Have another bottle and change before nap. Nap at around 10 / 3 hours after waking up Let them sleep no longer than 2 hours. If not awake, wake them up. Feed them lunch 30 min after wake up, and then another bottle. Play and hang out. Take 2nd nap about 3 hours after wake up. Feed bottle and change them before hand. Let babies sleep until 4:30-5 at the latest Wake up play a little then give them a small bottle.
