**Join Our Dynamic ER Nursing Team – Night Shift!** **Job Description:** - Are you ready to make a meaningful impact in the fast-paced world of emergency care? - We are seeking passionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide exceptional patient care during our night shifts. - In this role, you will: - Plan and deliver total patient care using the nursing process: assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient needs. - Direct and guide patient education while leading ancillary personnel to ensure high standards of professional nursing. **Qualifications:** - Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program. - Current Iowa RN license. - Required certifications: BCLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC. - Experience is preferred, but it’s not a requirement. **HOURS:** - Full-time night shifts. - Work 3 (12-hour) shifts per week from 6 PM to 6:30 AM. - Rotating weekends and holidays included. **Employment & Health Requirements (to be provided 5 business days before contract start date):** - Resume. - Two recent employment references. - Online verification of licensure or certification (including expiration and any disciplinary actions). - All required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC. - Immunizations, including: - MMR (2 doses or positive titers). - Varicella (positive titer or 2 vaccines). - Polio. - Hepatitis B (series, titer, or signed declination). - Current TDaP (within 10 years). - Flu vaccination (Oct 1st – March 31st). - Negative 2-step Mantoux (within 1 year) or QuantiFERON Gold. - Proof of physical (within 1 year). - 10 Panel Drug Screen (within 1 month). - Respiratory Fit Test (within 1 year). - Criminal Background Check (for all states where licensed and resided/worked in the past 7 years). - National &/or State Sex Offender Registry Check. - GSA(EPLS) Sam.gov check (within 30 days). - OIG check (within 30 days). - Iowa Mandatory Reporter Certificates (Child Abuse & Dependent Adult Abuse). - Completion of CareLearning education modules (further instructions will be provided).
