Project Engineer

Responsibilities

\n
• Design, develop, and improve equipment and technology solutions to address complex customer challenges and enhance manufacturing processes
\n
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, controls, and production system issues while providing technical support for customer meetings, trials, and installations
\n
• Support sales and project teams by preparing equipment quotations, evaluating project opportunities, and coordinating with contractors and equipment vendors
\n
• Lead equipment implementation activities, including production line setup, assembly, facility installations, staffing, and training of maintenance and production personnel
\n
• Foster strong customer relationships by ensuring timely problem resolution, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
\n

Qualifications

\n
• Advanced technical expertise supported by a Master’s degree or 3–5 years of relevant engineering experience, with strong knowledge of electrical engineering, system controls, mechanical engineering, and system dynamics
\n
• Proven ability to analyze and interpret technical documentation, business information, industry publications, and regulatory requirements
\n
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare reports and effectively present complex information to all levels of management
\n
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities, complemented by solid project management experience
\n
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, Google Workspace, Outlook, and AutoCAD, with the ability to perform technical calculations and data analysis
\n
