**Join Our Dynamic Team as an RN in Med/Surg/ER!** **Job Description:** This exciting opportunity allows you to work flexibly, covering either Med/Surg or ER, adapting to the evolving needs of our department! **Position Qualifications:** - Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. - 2 years’ experience as an Emergency Room Nurse. - Current licensure in good standing in the state of California. - ACLS, PALS, and CPR certification mandatory. - Must obtain TNCC within one year of hire date. - Strong ability to collaborate with team members at all levels. - Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Team player attitude, respectful of colleagues, accountable for work output. - Confidential handling of sensitive data is essential. **Additional Requirements:** - All nursing staff wear Caribbean Blue scrubs as part of the uniform. - Temporary workers must complete Sexual Harassment Prevention Training annually. - Training must be provided within 30 calendar days after hire or 100 hours worked. **Shift Information:** - Night shifts available. - Holiday coverage required. **Certifications/Requirements:** - ACLS - BLS/BCLS - PALS **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
