\n Credentialing: Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 90 Days; Temporary privileges not available; Hospital/surgery center privileges required; Fellowship: 1 year
\n Minimum Requirements
\n Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Certified required
\n Certifications: ACLS, BLS
\n Licensure: Licensed in Virginia only; IMLC not accepted
