Job Title: Technical Program Manager
\nLocation: Mountain View, CA (Hybrid)
\nEmployment Type: 6+ Months contract role
\nRole Overview
\nWe are seeking a Technical Program Manager to join the team, responsible for scaling AI technologies built across Product & Design (P&D). This role combines core program management responsibilities with hands-on contributions to process improvement and workflow automation using internal tools. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, proactively removes blockers, and drives operational efficiency to support successful partner launches.
\nKey Responsibilities
\n• Provide direct program support for partner launches to ensure smooth execution and timelines are met
\n• Build, implement, and enforce scalable processes to enable fast execution and decision-making
\n• Identify, track, and proactively mitigate launch risks and blockers across cross-functional teams
\n• Investigate and identify key pain points in existing process flows to inform automation and tooling improvements
\n• Contribute hands-on to process optimization and automation of workflows using internal tools
\n• Drive operational improvements to scale AI technologies across Product & Design teams
\n• Create and maintain internal and partner-facing documentation to simplify workflows and improve adoption
\n• Enable self-serve capabilities for Airstream products by improving processes, documentation, and tooling
\n• Collaborate with engineering, product, and partner teams to ensure alignment and execution
\n• Monitor program progress, dependencies, and deliverables in a fast-paced environment
\nRequired Qualifications
\n• Experience as a Technical Program Manager, Program Manager, or similar role managing technical initiatives
\n• Strong experience supporting cross-functional launches and driving execution
\n• Demonstrated ability to build and improve processes in fast-paced environments
\n• Experience identifying risks, dependencies, and resolving program blockers
\n• Hands-on experience contributing to process improvement and workflow automation
\n• Excellent communication skills with experience creating program documentation
\n• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
\n• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly to changing needs
\nPreferred Qualifications
\n• Experience supporting AI/ML or platform-based products
\n• Background working with Product & Design teams
\n• Experience building self-serve workflows or operational tooling
\n• Familiarity with internal tooling, automation, or workflow optimization initiatives
