TLC Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN Stepdown for a travel nursing job in Manchester, New Hampshire.

**ED SURGE - Cardiac Intermediate Care**
\n**Requirements:**
\n - Minimum 2 years RN experience
\n - Strong PCU/stepdown background within the last year
\n - ED experience preferred but not required
\n - First-timers accepted only with EPIC experience and 2 years’ experience
\n - Valid state license required
\n - ACLS and BLS certifications required (AHA/Red Cross accepted)
\n - EKG test required on arrival
**Roles & Responsibilities:**
\n - Provide care for patients on PCU/stepdown-level cardiac and medical holds in the ED
\n - Manage vasoactive and cardiac drip therapies (e.g., Lasix, Heparin, Cardizem)
\n - Recognize and manage dysrhythmias and provide post-cardiac cath care
\n - Administer non-invasive ventilatory support (BiPAP, CPAP)
\n - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including PT, Respiratory, and Pharmacy
**Compliance / Notes:**
\n - Every Other Weekend (EOW) required
\n - Travelers may be floated to similar units
\n - No Thanksgiving RTO allowed
\n - Drug screen must be obtained within 14 days of start
\n - Medical/religious exemptions accepted for flu vaccine
