We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) for a 13-week contract assignment at a healthcare facility. The Occupational Therapist will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide high-quality therapy services designed to improve functional abilities, increase independence, and enhance overall quality of life.

Responsibilities\n- \n
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans based on patient needs and goals \n
- Provide therapeutic interventions to improve activities of daily living (ADLs), fine motor skills, upper extremity function, coordination, strength, balance, and overall functional performance \n
- Assess patient progress and modify treatment plans to maximize rehabilitation outcomes \n
- Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques, assistive devices, home exercise programs, and safety strategies to promote independence \n
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility policies and regulatory standards \n
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, case managers, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care \n
- Participate in discharge planning and provide recommendations for continued therapy services when appropriate \n
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized treatment environment \n
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care focused on restoring function, improving independence, and enhancing quality of life \n

- Required: Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program \n
- Required: Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of assignment or ability to obtain \n
- Preferred: Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience \n
- Strong communication, documentation, organizational, and interpersonal skills \n
- Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to new clinical environments \n
