✅ Requirements\n

• Active California NP or PA License
\n
• Board Certified or Board Eligible
\n
• DEA Registration
\n
• BLS Certification
\n
• Hematology/Oncology experience preferred
\n
• Ability to obtain hospital privileges
\n
• Two years of recent inpatient clinical activity/case logs required for privileging
\n
• Clean professional file strongly preferred for temporary privileges
\n
• Gaps in employment greater than 3 months must be explained
\n
