We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join a community-based vaccination initiative. In this patient-facing role, you will administer a wide range of CDC-recommended vaccines while delivering exceptional clinical care in a fast-paced retail healthcare environment. The ideal candidate is adaptable, patient-focused, and committed to promoting public health through safe and efficient immunization practices.

- Administer immunizations including Influenza, COVID-19, MMR, Hepatitis A/B, Tdap, Shingles, Pneumococcal, HPV, and other CDC-recommended vaccines. \n
- Assess patients prior to vaccination and monitor for adverse reactions following immunization. \n
- Maintain accurate documentation of vaccinations in accordance with company policies and state regulations. \n
- Educate patients regarding vaccine benefits, potential side effects, and post-vaccination care. \n
- Ensure compliance with infection prevention protocols and proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). \n
- Collaborate with pharmacists, healthcare providers, and clinic staff to deliver high-quality patient care. \n
- Maintain vaccine inventory and ensure proper storage and handling according to manufacturer and regulatory guidelines. \n
- Provide outstanding customer service while creating a welcoming and supportive patient experience. \n
- Remain flexible to meet business needs, including schedule adjustments when required. \n

- Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New York. \n
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience, including immunization administration and direct patient care. \n
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification. \n
- Strong clinical skills in medication administration and vaccine delivery. \n
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient education skills. \n
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team. \n
- Flexibility to work varying schedules based on operational needs. \n
- High School Diploma or GED (verification required). \n
- Must not be listed on the DEA Excluded Parties List. \n

- Previous experience administering high-volume immunization clinics. \n
- Retail clinic, outpatient, urgent care, or public health experience. \n
- Experience working with electronic health records (EHR). \n
- Strong organizational and time-management skills. \n
- \n
- Retail pharmacy clinic setting. \n
- Fully onsite, patient-facing position. \n
- PPE and required clinical supplies provided. \n
