\n Contract Duration: 11 Weeks
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) to provide safe, effective, and patient-centered perioperative nursing care in a fast-paced surgical environment. The OR RN will serve as a patient advocate while ensuring compliance with surgical nursing standards and sterile technique practices.
\nThe ideal candidate will possess strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively prioritize tasks while collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
\nKey Responsibilities:
\n- \n
- Deliver high-quality perioperative nursing care for patients undergoing surgical procedures \n
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and reassessments according to facility policy \n
- Maintain strict sterile technique and infection control standards during procedures \n
- Assist surgeons and surgical teams during operative procedures \n
- Monitor and document patient conditions before, during, and after surgery \n
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans \n
- Collaborate with physicians, surgical technologists, anesthesiologists, and ancillary staff \n
- Provide age-specific care for pediatric, adult, and geriatric patient populations \n
- Assess and manage patient pain using appropriate interventions \n
- Prioritize workload efficiently and adapt to changing assignments in a fast-paced setting \n
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation using Allscripts EMR \n
Required Qualifications:

- Active GA RN License required \n
- Minimum 1 years of OR RN experience required . \n
- STRONG Ortho Experience Required . \n
