Job Summary\n

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Labor & Delivery to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities\n

\n
• Provide comprehensive care to laboring and postpartum patients, following AWHONN guidelines.
\n
• Interpret and monitor fetal heart rate patterns using Basic and Advanced Fetal Monitoring techniques.
\n
• Manage titration of drips such as Oxytocin, Insulin, and Epidural as required.
\n
• Circulate and recover patients undergoing Cesarean sections.
\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care and optimal patient outcomes.
\n
• Complete documentation accurately in EPIC Charting System to maintain compliance and quality standards.
\n

Qualifications\n

\n
• Valid RN License with eligibility for submission.
\n
• Proficiency in Basic and Advanced Fetal Monitoring.
\n
• Certification in BLS required, with licensing hits disclosed at submission.
\n
• Experience in Antepartum, Intrapartum, and Postpartum care, with understanding of AWHONN guidelines.
\n
• Ability to work every other weekend and holiday as scheduled, with 3-4 call shifts in a 6-week schedule.
\n
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with patients and healthcare team members.
\n
