**Join Our Dynamic Rehab Team as an RN!** - **Location:** Southern TN Hospital, Winchester, TN - **Shift:** 7 PM - 7 AM - **Orientation:** Weekly, on Mondays - **Weekly Guaranteed Hours:** 36 - **Patient Ratios:** Average 3-5:1 - **Unit Type:** Inpatient Rehab - **Number of Openings:** 1 **Why Join Us?** - Work at a comprehensive medical facility with 198-beds offering acute and skilled care - Be part of a team that provides high-quality health care for adults and geriatrics - Practice in a supportive environment, focusing on motivating and encouraging patient recovery - Engage with a diverse patient population dealing with conditions such as: - Stroke - Parkinson’s Disease - Post-operative care from CABG and orthopedic surgery - Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) and multi-trauma cases **Essential Requirements:** - Active RN License in TN - Current BLS Certification - At least 2 years of hospital experience - Must be adept at managing time, performing nursing skills, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team **Unit Specifics:** - Number of Beds: 12 - Equipment Used: Baxter IV pump, Masimo vitals machine, Kangaroo TF pump, Bladder scanner - EHR System: Meditech **Dress Code:** - Scrubs: Any color - Unacceptable Attire: Casual wear and other facility-branded clothing **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
