KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

\n

  • Create a warm, welcoming environment for all guests
  • \n
  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the guest experience
  • \n
  • Lead and support a team to ensure smooth daily operations
  • \n
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing studio
  • \n
  • Oversee backroom pottery processes and studio preparation
  • \n
  • Process transactions and manage POS systems
  • \n
  • Manage quarterly inventory
  • \n
  • Take ownership of sales performance, staffing, and payroll management
  • \n
\n


\n

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

\n
    \n
  • Minimum of 2 years in a management or leadership role
  • \n
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • \n
  • Confident, friendly, and professional in customer interactions
  • \n
  • Experience with scheduling, hiring, onboarding, and training staff
  • \n
  • Experience with inventory management
  • \n
  • Comfortable using POS systems and performing basic math
  • \n
  • Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English
  • \n
  • Availability to work weekends and some weekdays
  • \n
  • Interest in art or ceramics is a plus
  • \n
\n
