Education and Work Experience:

- Completion of an RNFA program that meets AORN standards: Required \n
- Two years' perioperative nursing experience: Preferred \n
Licenses/Certifications:

- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice: Required \n
- Certified Registered Nurse First Assistant (CRNFA) certification: Preferred \n
- BLS: Required \n
- Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR) certification: Required \n
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification: Required \n
