About the Role
\nAs an Emergency Medicine Advanced Practice Provider, you will deliver high-quality care to patients of all ages presenting with a broad range of acute and chronic conditions. You will work alongside experienced physicians and clinical staff in a supportive, team-based environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Diagnose and treat acute, episodic, and chronic illnesses \n
- Perform comprehensive patient evaluations across the lifespan \n
- Manage urgent and emergent care needs \n
- Collaborate with physicians and specialists to coordinate patient care \n
- Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives \n
Clinical Scope
\nThis position offers the opportunity to practice at the top of your license, including:
\n- \n
- Suturing and minor procedures \n
- Management of uncomplicated fractures \n
- Emergency stabilization and acute care \n
- Use of diagnostic tools such as EKG, ultrasound, X-ray, and lab services \n
- Care for adult and geriatric populations \n
Providers typically see between 12–19 patients per day, allowing for both meaningful patient interaction and a balanced workflow.

Work Environment

- Structured 10-hour shifts with multiple start times \n
- 24-hour physician coverage for support and collaboration \n
- Dedicated nursing and technical staff \n
Qualifications
\n- \n
- Board-certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant \n
- Active, unrestricted NP or PA-C license in any U.S. state \n
- DEA license \n
- Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, ATLS, PALS \n
- Strong commitment to serving rural and underserved populations \n
- Collaborative, mission-driven mindset \n
