Eleanor Nursing Care Center is seeking an experienced and motivated Maintenance/Housekeeping Director to join our leadership team at our 120-bed Skilled Nursing Facility located in Hyde Park, NY!

We are looking for a dynamic, hands-on professional who takes pride in maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for our residents and staff.

Position Responsibilities:
The Director of Maintenance & Housekeeping is responsible for the development, organization, implementation, and evaluation of the facility’s maintenance, housekeeping, and laundry services. This role requires a hands-on approach to facility maintenance and operations.

Qualifications:
• Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience required
• Hands-on maintenance experience required
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Commitment to quality resident care and teamwork
