Orthodontic Assistant – Charlotte, NC
We are seeking an experienced Orthodontic Assistant to join our busy and growing team. The ideal candidate is energetic, dependable, team-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist orthodontists chairside with bonding, banding, wire adjustments, and other procedures
• Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments
• Take dental X-rays and intraoral photographs
• Fabricate Essix retainers and pour dental models
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment charts
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and orthodontic appliance care
• Support efficient patient flow and provide a positive patient experience

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of orthodontic assisting experience
• Current NC radiology certification
• Valid CPR/BLS certification
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Dependable, team-oriented, and committed to providing excellent patient care
