Location: Ivy, VA

 We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Periodontist or Oral Surgeon for a full-time, permanent position in Ivy, VA.

This is a 100% FFS opportunity. This opportunity is starting at three days a week and eventually moving to full time. Fridays are non-negotiable.

This opportunity will be function as a Specialty ER clinic performing oral surgery and implant placement .

35% of collections open to negotiation based on experience.

Referrals will come from this client's nearby practices.

Job Description:

As a Periodontist or Oral Surgeon, you will be responsible for providing specialized dental care to patients with periodontal diseases or requiring oral surgery. You will work closely with other dental professionals to develop treatment plans and provide the highest quality of care to patients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform periodontal procedures such as, gum surgeries, surgical extractions, sinus lifts and dental implants

- Conduct oral surgery procedures such as extractions, biopsies, implant placement

- Diagnose and treat various periodontal diseases and conditions

- Work with a team of dental professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans for patients

- Communicate effectively with patients to explain procedures and address any concerns

- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records

- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in periodontal and oral surgery techniques and technologies

Qualifications:

-- Certificate in Periodontics or Oral Surgery from an accredited program

- Current state dental license in good standing

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in periodontics or oral surgery

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work well in a team environment

- Commitment to providing the highest quality of care to patients
