A reputable and well-established law firm seeks an Associate Attorney, with personal injury experience, to join their growing Mineola practice!

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2+ years of NY personal injury law experience.
• Licensed NY Attorney
• Experience drafting pleadings and motions/oppositions.
• Litigation experience.
• Must be teachable.
• Computer savvy.
• Proven experience negotiating and settling PI cases.
• Conduct depositions, trials, mediations, arbitrations, hearings, & motions.
• Must have excellent writing, communication and computer skills.
• Able to handle an active case load.
• Portable book of business is welcome but in no way required.
