Financial District Foot & Ankle Center is looking for a Clinic Operations Assistant to help keep our busy sports medicine practice organized, stocked, clean, and ready for patients every day.

No medical experience required. We will train the right person.

What You'll Do

• Prepare rooms and materials for patient visits
• File, scan, and organize patient records
• Update information in our patient database
• Keep exam rooms clean, stocked, and organized
• Restock supplies and monitor inventory
• Prepare orthotics, injections, and treatment materials for upcoming appointments
• Maintain patient and staff areas, including the kitchen and restrooms
• Assist the front office and clinical team as needed
• Help with special projects and clinic improvements

Important
This is not a desk job. You will spend much of your day moving throughout the clinic, helping wherever needed, and supporting a busy healthcare team.

If you prefer sitting most of the day or waiting to be told what to do, this position will not be a fit.

Success in this role means patients, providers, and staff can focus on what they do best because you've helped everything behind the scenes run smoothly.
